I am Anthony Groves, born and raised in Western Sydney on Dharug Country, with family roots in Kamilaroi (NSW) and Cherbourg (QLD). I grew up in a shared care arrangement supported by my godparents, government agencies, and my grandmother. In the early 2000s, I moved to Adelaide, where I completed school with the support of my foster parents and began my career in the office relocation industry. Over the past 16 years, I’ve gained experience across almost every industry, building extensive networks and a strong understanding of compliance and supply chain management. This journey has led to the creation of Winangali Procurement, a trusted and capable network of suppliers delivering quality outcomes across diverse sectors. The name Winangali, an Aboriginal word from the Gamilaraay language, means to listen, to hear, to know, to remember — values that guide everything we do.
